8. Goa

Alleppey is also known as Alappuzha and offers you unparalleled views of the backwaters. A quaint town, in the midst of coconut trees and unending sea, Alleppey is definitely one of the best options to get away to! You can spend hours on the beach, or hours even staring deep into the horizon and not get bored at all. Everything right from the house boats to the snake boats, have a lot of Kerala culture filled in them and it is definitely worth trying out once. 10. Hampi
